Castellón

Castellón de la Plana is the capital of the northern province and the gateway to the Costa del Azahar, a stretch of quieter beaches and pine-covered hills. Nearby you find Peñíscola, a walled town by the sea, and the medieval streets of Morella, and each spring the Magdalena festival fills the city.
